To make sure you have a clear understanding of the loan, you must go to counseling before we can order an appraisal and proceed with the loan. The counseling usually takes 1.5 – 2 hours. Family and loved-ones are welcome to come. After the class, the counselor will issue a certificate of completion which you can provide to us or the lender of your choice.
